Animation & 3D Visualization

No surprise: the future of architecture is 3D. BIM or Building Information Management is the process of first designing in a fully 3D environment and second, extrapolating 2D drawings and details from the 3D. This process gives our clients a greater understanding of the spaces they will be living and working inside and out.

The first animation includes not only 3D renderings but current photographs to blend the existing environment with the future visualization.

The second animation was created as a conceptualization for a boutique hotel.
